Who can enter TR-YÖS?
- Foreign Nationals (Those who completed high school abroad)
- Blue Card Holder (Persons who are Turkish Citizens by birth and later acquired citizenship of a different country, but who renounced their citizenship due to Law No. 5901)
- Completed high school abroad (Turkish Citizens or Blue Card holders)
- Turkish Citizen Dual Nationals with Foreign Citizenship by Birth (Exception if the person whose first citizenship is a different country other than Turkey has acquired Turkish citizenship afterwards, Mother or Father will not be Turkish or there will be no Turkishness in the genealogical register, it is required to have a completely foreign mother and father).
