Blue Card Counselling?

A blue card is an identity document issued to people who became Turkish citizens by birth and lost their Turkish citizenship by obtaining a permission to leave.

High school senior students who prefer foreign country citizenship other than Turkish citizenship, even if they were acquired by birth or later due to their status, have the right to take foreign student exams and settle at the university.

In this context, blue card counseling refers to the official procedures that will be performed if students who have a secondary citizenship and are in their senior year of high school prefer their secondary citizenship and want to renounce their Turkish citizenship.
